Sungari Pearl Restaurant

Sungari is committed to serving traditional, delicious Chinese food, but owner Sunny and Chef Wei celebrate the bounty of the Pacific Northwest on their menu by incorporating locally, responsibly sourced ingredients. Bean curd from Portland’s OTA Tofu; prawns from Oregon coast; poultry from Mary’s Farms; locally grown produce; and hand-made dumpling wrappers are just some of the ingredients making the rounds in Chef Wei’s dishes. Guests are encouraged to ask about sourcing, with most dietary needs and/or restrictions honored. Gourmands of all types will have a treat at Sungari. An extensive wine menu featuring German Riesling to local Pinot Noirs and more from the Willamette Valley speak to Sungari’s refined approach to dining around Portland.
